Distance Reiki Session

Distance Reiki is one of those things that sounds simple, but it’s actually really powerful.
It’s energy healing that isn’t limited by physical space. You don’t have to be in the same room or even the same state. The practitioner connects to your energy through intention, using focus, symbols, and sometimes a photo to tune in and help bring your system back into balance.

I think of it like this. Just because you can’t see a connection doesn’t mean it isn’t there. Like how a phone call reaches someone far away, energy can move the same way when it’s directed with intention.

During a session, you’re usually just resting. Lying down, sitting quietly, maybe even drifting off. There’s nothing you need to do. It gives your body and mind space to soften.

People often notice warmth, tingling, deep calm, or emotions moving through. It’s subtle, but you feel the shift after. More grounded, clearer, more like yourself.
At its core, it’s about supporting your system and giving it a chance to reset, whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or just off.
