I’m an RRCA-certified run coach, RYT200 registered yoga instructor, and Urban Zen Integrative Therapist with 20 years and 7 marathons under my belt.
I’m a former competitive gymnast and collegiate athlete, current competitive tennis player, and someone who has spent years studying how the body and nervous system respond to movement, stress, and recovery.
After years of overtraining, gut issues, and running through burnout, I discovered that slowing down was the most powerful thing I could do.
