All Things Running

Newton Kismets

These shoes carried me through my first marathon and countless training miles. What I love most is how they balance cushion with responsiveness. I never feel weighed down, but my joints thank me after long runs. Every time I lace them up, I feel like I’m putting on a little extra confidence.

Oiselle Sports Bra

Finally a sports bra that actually stays put. Supportive, comfortable, and cute enough to wear on its own. The best feature of all…It holds your cell phone in a pocket on the back. This is a must-have for all women runners!

Garmin Solar Fenix Pro 6s

This watch changed how I understand my body. Beyond GPS and pace, it tracks HRV, sleep quality, and recovery — data that actually helps me train smarter and avoid burnout. The solar charging is just the cherry on top.

CEP Running Socks

Once you run in compression socks, there’s no going back. My legs feel noticeably better on long runs and during recovery.

Nathan’s Women’s Hydration Vest

Fits like it was made for me. No bouncing, no chafing, and enough storage to carry everything I need on long runs.

Mindfulness

Day One Journal App

Journaling has been one of the anchors of my healing journey. I use Day One daily,  whether it’s a quick gratitude note, a dream download, or processing a tough conversation. It helps me capture insights I’d otherwise lose in the busyness of life, and it feels like having a safe space in my pocket.

Moleskine Journal

I’ve been a daily journaler since childhood, and it remains one of the most powerful tools for my mental health. Over the years, I’ve developed a hybrid approach: most days, I write in a digital journal for ease and consistency, but when I need to process something more deeply, I turn to my Moleskine notebook. There’s something about handwriting, the physical act of putting pen to paper…that allows me to release emotions in a way typing can’t always capture.

Weighted Blanket

There’s something deeply grounding about the gentle pressure of a weighted blanket; it helps quiet the nervous system, ease tension, and invite deeper rest.

Headspace App

This has been my favorite guided meditation app. There is a mediation on there for every occasion: test nerves, breakups, anxiety, helping with sleep… something to help with every occasion. I highly recommend.

Body & Movement

Peloton Bike.

This has been one of my favorite purchases ever. I’ve never really been a group fitness person, but this bike changed that. It gives me the energy and motivation of a class, all from the comfort of home, no gym membership required. The convenience is unbeatable, and it’s made consistency so much easier.

Peloton Tread

I’m primarily a runner outside, but having a treadmill at home has been really helpful during the winter months or when the weather isn’t cooperating. The Peloton Tread makes it easy to just hop on and run without overthinking it. Sometimes I follow a class, sometimes I just run and listen to music. It’s one of those things that removes friction and makes it easier to stay consistent.

Manduka PROlite Yoga Mat.

This is the yoga mat I’ve used for years. It has just the right amount of cushion without feeling bulky, and it stays put on the floor as you move through poses. I use it mostly for stretching, yoga, and mobility work after runs. Simple, durable, and one of those things you buy once and keep using for a long time.

Bellabooty Hip Thrust band.

This is an excellent addition to your home gym. Easy to add dumbbells and use for squats and hip thrust.

Tennis and Pickleball

Wilson Blade Racket

This is the racket I keep coming back to. It has a really nice balance of control and feel, which makes it easy to place shots where you want them without overthinking it. It’s solid, consistent, and just feels natural to play with.

Alien Pros Grips

Grips wear out faster than you think, especially if you play a lot in the heat. These are the ones I’ve been using lately. They’re comfortable, absorb sweat well, and are easy to wrap when it’s time to replace the old ones. Just a simple upgrade that keeps the racket feeling good in your hand.

JOOLA Pickleball Paddle

If I’m playing pickleball (which let’s be honest- isn’t often) BUT if I do…this is the paddle I grab. It feels balanced and comfortable, and it’s easy to control during longer rallies. Nothing flashy, just a good paddle that does its job well.

Recovery & HRV

HealthyLine Infrared Mat.  Use code “INDIGORUNNER20” to save 20% + FREE SHIPPING off your purchase! This has become a staple in my self-care routine. It combines far infrared heat, PEMF therapy, and natural gemstones to create a deeply restorative experience. Lying on the mat feels like your body is being gently unwound from the inside out…tension softens, circulation improves, and there’s a calm, grounded energy that settles in. I love using it after long runs, intense workouts, or even just stressful days. If you’re looking for a way to bring spa-level healing into your own home, this mat is one of the best investments I’ve made.

Hyperice Normatec 3 This is hands-down one of the best recovery tools I’ve invested in. The Normatec 3 uses dynamic air compression to flush out soreness, improve circulation, and help my legs and hips feel lighter. What I love most is the convenience…no gym, no appointment, just strap in and let it work while I journal or relax.  It’s the perfect combination of physical relief and the ritual of recovery makes it more than worth it.

HeartMath Inner Balance Sensor This small device completely shifted how I manage stress and regulate my nervous system. By using it for just a few minutes each day, I’ve learned how to create coherence between my heart and mind …something that spills over into running, work, and relationships. It’s one of the most practical tools I own for emotional resilience.

Whoop. This device goes hand and hand with the HeartMath Inner Balance Sensor. The HeartMath Inner Balance sensor trains your HRV, while the Whoop tracks it. Use my link and you’ll receive one free month when you sign up! Not ready to commit? Click here for a FREE TRIAL!
